Italians are called back to vote with a new electoral law approved by a grand coalition. On election day, a distinguished Roman gentleman takes his voter ID and goes to vote. Rome appears deserted. Even at the polling station, the only citizens are the poll workers themselves. Less than 1% of the whole electoral body voted at 1 pm and, as the hours go by, the situation does not seem to improve at all.
