A documentary film about the late work and legacy of Andy Warhol. Interviewing contemporary artists, along with friends and colleagues, the film will reveal a new perspective on the world's most famous artist, and why he is so relevant today. Andy Warhol is uniquely and inexorably woven through Western culture, and still influences contemporary artists like no other. Yet the work of the 1970's and 1980's is rarely shown or discussed compared to his more famous 1960's Pop Art. But as the art world comes around to this period they offer a new insight into the process and life of Andy Warhol - and his anti-artist public alter-ego. Some of these 'late' pieces may even be the works that resonate long after everyone has forgotten Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley or Campbell's Soup.
