An unconventional film on Tokyo work culture's most compelling and complex protagonist- The Salaryman. Salaryman: a nameless, voiceless, over-worked, and under-valued cog in the labor pool; one amongst billions of the anonymous black and white suits that conform the Japanese workforce. This documentary digs at the core of Japanese society as seen through the eyes of the salaryman, its faults and merits through a series of interviews to relevant sources, either salarymen themselves- to sociologists, data analysts, and more.
