In this found footage horror film, a grieving widow hires a documentary crew to discover the truth about her husband's mysterious disappearance in an abandoned hospital. Unearthing bodycam footage and other disturbing media from that fateful night, her obsession grows and she spirals down a dangerous path, facing the terrifying consequences of her relentless pursuit.
