The history of the city of São Paulo from the perspective of its rivers and streams. Until the end of the 19th century, these water courses were the major sources of the city. Today, hidden by the channels, they go unnoticed by the majority of city dwellers. But, in the rainy season, the city stops when the floods show the buried face of the local nature. Entre Rios talks about the transformation process undergone by São Paulo's water courses and the social, political and economic motivations that guided the city to shape itself as if they did not exist. The good news is that the city, like the rivers, is constantly changing and can take new directions depending on the values and desires of its society.
