L'allaccio

Rome, 1946. The short film, inspired by a real story, tells the story of the technician Francesco, who receives the strange order of installing a telephone at the Verano cemetery. The director Roberto Rossellini is the one who asked for the connection: he needs a telephone to complete the film "Germany, Year Zero", without leaving the grave of his son Romano, who died at the age of nine. The meeting between the two protagonists will be an opportunity to come to terms with their past.
