The small safe community of Cradle Mountain, Northern Tasmania, is left reeling in shock and fear after Savannah and Stormie's short lives are senselessly snuffed out. ~ When neurologist Doctor Tanner's mind-control program goes horribly awry on his latest subject Isabella Kent, he continues the operation in secret from his London home.
