Purgatory (2005)

Every tenth day of a month, in a small town of Benkovac in the Dalmatian hinterland, one of the largest cattle fairs in Croatia takes place. People from various parts of Dalmatia contribute to the its unique atmosphere. They come from the Sibenik and Split area, from the islands and mainland near Zadar - they sell cattle, tools, clothes, footwear, food, elixir of life - A huge crowd of people are getting together, bargaining, buying, selling, singing, eating and drinking a lot.
