Sarah and her brother Pedro reconnect with their four childhood friends to avenge all of their parents tragic deaths when they were little during a sacred ceremony. Not knowing the full magnitude of their decision they immerse themselves in the world of the Mexican Drug Cartel in the outskirts of Chicago producing fierce wars not only among the different cartels but with the DEA.
