Documentary about the life of Sakine Cansiz (SARA), founding member of the PKK, who was murdered with two other women in Paris in 2013. She is one of the most important symbols and figures of identification for the Kurdish movement, especially for Kurdish women. The film tells her story in chronological order: childhood, youth, the founding of the PKK in 1978, 10 years in prison up to the day on January 9, 2013, when she and two of her comrades, Fidan Dogan and Leyla Saylemez, were murdered in Paris.
