Angels of Somme

Angels of Somme takes place during WW1 in 1916. The film follows a financially destitute mother with deeply help Christian beliefs. Having already lost her husband, early in the war, she now fears for her only son. Out of desperation and against all her religious principles, she turns to a clairvoyant for reassurance that Charlie will return home safely from the trenches. By leaving her faith and turning to spiritualism; has she found the truth or is she being cruelly exploited?
