We are humbled and honored to bring the message of "Enteral Shadow" to life, written by Destinee Monet Johnson. The entire world has experienced challenging and eye-opening circumstances over the past few years. We have seen some things that made us angry, sad, confused, and ultimately uncertain of pretty much everything we've known. With that, as a Nation what we also found was our voice, and how powerful we can be when we come together for a common goal. The Black Lives Matter movement may be the largest in U.S. history, with its cries reaching past our borders to countries beyond. The message of "Eternal Shadow" continues the work as we follow Jordan, an African American college student visiting his hometown for his cousin's wedding. When Jordan is sent to the hardware store by his mother, we get to observe how simple tasks are not always so simple when it comes to the day-to-day reality of a black man in America. We want to continue to shine a light on issues that need to change and encourage the hard conversations that create that change.
