On a typical night at Republic Bar and Grill in Accra; a young executive, Paul and his friend, Kwame are out for drinks. A young Spanish artist Melani has been waiting by the bar for her drink for 20 minutes, just about to lose her temper. Paul brushes past her and gets his drinks within seconds. Melani cannot take it anymore and begins to yell at the unsuspecting Paul. Angry and embarrassed, Paul leaves the bar. The next morning at lunch with Kwame, Melani randomly resurfaces at the restaurant reigniting her argument with Paul, who again, leaves. Paul is at the bachelor party for Jojo, an old friend of his and Kwame. Jojo is also the cousin of Paul's fiance, Serwa. Kwame arrives at the party with Melani, who becomes the "bell of the ball". Melani is a tomboyish lady, who loves beer, football and video games; she is an instant hit with all the members of the bachelor party. Paul is annoyed at this and spends the party by himself. Melani finally approaches him and they make amends. Later on, after a night out on the town with the bachelorette party (where Jojo's fiance, Marian admits to Melani that she is pregnant), Melani discovers that Paul is engaged. Will Paul and Melani fall in love? If they do, will a typical Ghanaian single mother, agree to her son getting married to a Spanish girl? How is Jojo going to receive the news from his fiance. Marians' pregnancy? Will the marriage take place? Find out all of this in this romantic comedy feature film.
