Varmint (2022)

Lucian and his girlfriend, Billie, prepare for a camping trip. There is tension between them, and Billie shies away from him. Them, along with Lucian's sister, Dani, and her boyfriend, Marshall, recount stories and laugh around a campfire out in the woods. The conversation changes to talk about the future before Marshall joins Lucian to use the bathroom in the woods. Lucian confronts Marshall for betraying him and attempts to kill him; Dani tries to stop their fight. A cannibal appears and attacks Marshall, meanwhile, Lucian and Billie run away. Lucian and Billie's frustrations about their relationship and the night's events come out. Lucian forces Billie to leave the car and she runs away. Lucian struggles to find the car keys as the cannibal appears.
