A Sara (2021)

Rome, present day. An elderly man, once a famous seeker of stolen artwork, is struggling to reconnect with his granddaughter Sara. She has just lost her parents in a tragic car accident and such an event plunges her into a state of depression. She lives with her fiance Federico, who tries to support her constantly, despite the obvious difficulties. Florence, late 15th century. A young workshop artist is experiencing a deep personal and professional crisis. The tormented stories of Sara and the Artist, though of different natures, will intertwine beyond the plots of space and time, linked by the desire to take their destiny into their own hands and by an unexpected journey.
