Stare (2019)

There is a mystery afoot. Corpses are discovered whose eyeballs have collapsed, and autopsies show that the bodies had suffered heart attacks just before death. NMarie's friend dies in the blink of an eye right before her. As she and a friend begin to investigate more deaths occur until someone about to meet the same fate utters words that refer to a Shirai.
