Singing and dancing have been outlawed by the Anti-Party Police. The "Creator" after he was caught and his boy band was terminated, he uses his scientific expertise to build 4 robots, the Ochoa Boyz, to take down the A.P.P. and spread the music virus around the world. At first he didn't think he was successful little did he know that his scientific experiment worked.
