Developed and Executive Produced by AiF's very own Director of Digital Content Costa Vakas, who said, "It's never been a more exciting time for screen entertainment and the way we consume it. As the creator of one of the world's first Instagram Film Festivals, I think it is high time to rethink what a film festival can be. #AiFUpload promotes the work of AiF's growing screen community while bridging the gap between Australian and US audiences alike. In 2019, we are planning to go even bigger and better, by opening the competition to not just AiF members but to all Australian citizens, plus adding a huge event in the heart of Hollywood, screening each final film on the big screen and inviting key players from US entertainment industry to attend and judge."
