Marie and Alma have been best friends for as long as they can remember. But everything changes at the end of 2. Grade, when Almas family moves to Sealand. The girls loose contact, and Marie starts having trouble in school. 4 years later, Almas family moves back to the little town on Funen, and the two best friends are reunited. But what has happened in the last 4 years, and is it even possible to go back to how things where back then?
