Maunga (Mountain) (2019)

A Polish war orphan and a country farm girl, discover their friend, a local Maori boy, broken and weeping at an ancestral cave in the thick forest at the base of the epic Mount Taranaki. On receiving news his father has been killed in action in Italy, he yearns to call his spirit home. But to do so, he needs the others to tell stories of their own loss.
