The Young Fisherman and the Black Dragon (1996)

A ferocious black dragon lives at the palace of the Sea God, and possesses a magic stone that grants him eternal power. He terrorizes and torments the populace and defeats the youth. A fisherman sees his beloved girl get kidnapped by the dragon, and must go on a dangerous journey to break the power of the magic stone, and save the girl. Meanwhile, the dragon prepares to celebrate his 1000th birthday.
