In the year 1999, Rogers, A scientist who has the ability to see the future, gets a vision that shows him the serial project that will nearly destroy the human race in the year 2021. He decides to build a time machine that will allow him to pull back in time to the year 1999, his own detective son, Lucas, from the year 2021, and give him the mission to locate and eradicate that dangerous project.
