The Art Lesson (2020)

At a fancy New York City art gallery, an old art patron takes his usual bench in front of a work of art he admires. His moment of zen is broken by the smart phone chatting High School age art student Frida. She encounters the art he admires but can't believe such a simplistic canvas found a place on this gallery's wall. After berating the art to her friend via video chat, a security guard makes her put her smart phone away. As she's about to leave, the old patron pleads with her to stay a moment so he may explain the artwork to her. Their difference of opinion kicks off a verbal sparring that will conclude in a heart wrenching turning of the tables.
