Silentium (2020)

In a future United States governed by an oppressive and violent government, the freedom to speak is monitored numerically, and any citizen caught over the daily word limit suffers punishment from the state. Mackenzie, a bright 14 year-old, secretly challenges the rule of law with her art. When the government issues a ban on creative work, Mackenzie finds herself caught between her father's need to protect his child and a rising resistance movement struggling to restore democracy.
