Dr Trask (2019)

Inspired by the events of the 1924 "Rats in the Walls" short story by H.P. Lovecraft. The haunted Dr Trask is visited by Jason Myers, a man who's wife has been kidnapped by Delapore, the man behind Trask's current condition. They journey to his lair and confront him during his horrific transformation into something "beyond". They manage to destroy the lair thanks to a nearby lake and escape to return home but not before vowing to end the suffering of Delapore's soul.
