Swedish champion heavyweight boxer Harry Persson's training camp at Nöjesfältet and his American opponent Bud Gorman's in Saltsjöbaden are reported in brief introductory reports. Then follows the big boxing gala at the Velodrome on September 18, 1927. Before the main match, three pre-matches are shown. In the first, the Swede Andréhn defeats the French Algerian Youyou. In the second, Swedish Hultgren wins over the German Wiegert on knockout in the second round. In the third, Widlund wins over Strand. The main match between Harry Persson and Bud Gorman lasts for five rounds before the referee cancels and declares Persson the winner, as Gorman's legs seem to refuse to serve. Some sections of all matches are reproduced in slow motion.
