-This feature-length fiction film is a truthful film that projects on film the breakup of a family in Saint-Henri, a disadvantaged neighbourhood of Montreal (Canada), and the husband's reunion with nature and freedom. Putting an end to "a 20-year fight" and 20 years of alienation, Claude, father of 10 children, abandons Yolande to his fate and opts to live together in the Laurentian countryside. Yolande languishes in her home and screams her indignation, sinking into an irretrievable role. A radical search for happiness that opens onto the libertarian spirit of the counter-culture of the 1970s, this film questions many of the underlying schemas of this "command happiness" offered by consumer society.
