Population Zero

The United States is starting to become overpopulated which is causing serious problems with more food shortages & other resources becoming scarce. The government implements their population control plan which includes kidnapping those of minorities, those in foster homes and those that are very sick and killing them to lower the rate. However the man in charge of this assignment has different plans. He wants to create a Virus that can potentially wipe out 75% of the population. Once Imani gets kidnapped & discovers the true plans will she escape in time to prevent this from happening or is it too late?
