Desh Dosti Etc (2019)

'Desh Dosti Etc' is based on thousands of Facebook/Twitter/Whatsapp wars in India which have cost millions of friendship. Sonal has just returned from USA. She visits her friend Uttam only to discover that their two other mutual friends Ankit and Anshul, for several months, have been engaged in whatsapp/facebook wars and have reached a phase where they don't even want to see each other. All because of the difference in their political ideology, or at least that's what they think. Sonal also learns that several attempts from Uttam to reunite these two friends have gone in vain. Will Sonal be able to save this 'Dosti' (friendship)? Or will their friendship be the victim of the so-called social media war/activism going on...all in the name of 'saving the 'Desh' (Nation)' ? How Sonal deals with such an unexpected and politically charged scenario forms the crux of the story.
