This Way (2020)

A man wants to be an actor and lives in Tokyo. A woman lives in her hometown to be a doctor. They love each other but need to communicate only by a video chat under COVID-19. The man would be starred in a theater but worried if it canceled under the COVID situation. Also, the woman is exhausted by her work situation with high infection risk. How can they go through this situation and have a happy ending?
