My Sweet Neverland (2007)

Dal Soo, is just an ordinary dad with disabilities driving on the cliffs of life and just wants to provide for his son't travel expenses. Every day, he is confronted with the bright eyes of a young son who is waiting for the moon to return home while becoming a man. Struggling with money, he's caught in a welfare trap, unable to take any official job or he loses his welfare. Trying to take unofficial jobs, he's rejected even working at a grocery store due to his disability. He eventually falls in with some local gangsters and takes a job clearing out a slum to make way for new construction. The brutality of the clearing operation affects him deeply. Dal Soo, can no longer meet his son's eyes. But soon he realizes his nine-year-old son is the most beautiful gift that any dad in the world has ever received.
