Two buddies in a well-lit parking lot try to wait inconspicuously for their candy man. They haven't met him before. They don't know who to look for. He should arrive at 9:38. Only one of them has their phone, and it's not the guy who set up the meet. It's already 9:36 and things are getting testy. Where is Twiz? What happens at 9:39?
