Louella (2016)

Louella is a young Italian woman who arrives in Venice, CA and needs room and board. She discovers a flier for an available room nearby in the house of an older gay couple, David and Joe, and their four big dogs. They agree to move Louella in under the condition that she clean the house and cares for the dogs. The arrangement is going well until Joe dies suddenly and David runs away to New York, leaving the house, the dogs and Louella behind, without looking back. She us unsure of what to do but then Joe's estranged son arrives and steps in to handle the aftermath and Louella is free to move on to her next adventure with her new friend from across the street.
