Not So Scary... or Mojo is Back! (2020)

At his first RadCon, and assisted by his friend Andi, Happy Monster tries on various costumes to CosPlay and overcome his inability to be a scary monster. As he tells Andi, "A monster's pride is his scare!" And he's about to be kicked out of Monster's University if he can't overcome this inability, as he's failing Scare School. So he enters the Masquerade, hoping to prove he has what it takes to be scary.
