Vinay Deshmukh is a simple an honest man working in transport company he and his colleagues have lost confidence in them due to their ruthless boss who has no humanity.Vinay loves his neighbor Vidya and both want to get married a stranger starts to spy on Vinay and inquires about his family with Vidya's father.Vinay receives a letter stating that his uncle has transferred his wealth in his name and if interested he should post the same in local newspaper.Vinay takes help of Vidya's father who confirms that the letter isn't fake after his article is printed everyone finds that Vinay will be wealthy owing Lakhs of rupees and everyone's attitude changes towards him. Vinay becomes self confident while his marriage is also fixed with Vidya but and some people become jealous of him.
