DIG THE BONES is a metaphorical exploration on mother-daughter relationships. Why must children bear emotional weight that never belonged to them? What must the child then do with the weight? What does the child become as a result? Sometimes it feels like there are no other choices, but to be your mother/father and repeat the process.
