Shaheen Baghi (2020)

Raju, the protagonist of the film is a singer in a local marriage band. he happens to be a 'Dailt' who lives small locality of ' Lohar tolla' which is situated in Sheikhpura town adjoining Delhi. The town is dominated by Muslims, who want Raju and their community to lead a servile life, as faced by the Dalits since independence. Now with the added pressure of CAA and NRC the Lohar Tolla Dalits find into more trouble, as their whole identity and existence comes under doubt angered and frustrated by this discrimination, Raju gets influenced by the Shaheen Bagh movement and becomes a rebel with a cause.
