Abhi (Ranjit Somi) is a wealthy-looking man who leads a group of students that frequent pubs, go on long drives with girls on weekends, take drugs, play poker, and place bets. He falls in love with Shruti (Fatimasana Shaikh), the daughter of multimillionaire Rajaram (Banerjee). However, in order to have his daughter married to Abhi, Rajaram challenges him to corrupt his intelligent son Bharat, who represents the new generation of youth. If he fails, Rajaram will impose the condition that Abhi surrender, forget his daughter, and leave. With the help of Abhi's friends, they attempt to get Bharat addicted but are unsuccessful. During these efforts, Abhi's team is distressed to discover that the habits they once enjoyed as fun pastimes have become so addictive that they cannot quit. Meanwhile, Bharat is murdered, and Shruti suspects Abhi, whom she loved dearly, after her younger brother's death. In an attempt to evade the police, Abhi takes refuge in a guest house, where he meets the director (Ali) and the producer (Jayaprakash Reddy), who had come for a story discussion. They hear Abhi's love story and say courageously, "A soldier's lover does not run away in fear but must fight back." Later, with the director's clue, Abhi catches the murderer who killed Bharat. Keerti finally realises Abhi's love, but what happens after that is the film's next story.
