2020 TIFF Tribute Awards (2020)

Kate Winslet, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Chloe Zhao, Tracey Deer, Mira Nair and Terence Blanchard are all honoured at the first-ever broadcast of the 2020 TIFF Tribute Awards. Jodie Foster, Regina King, Martin Scorsese, Ava DuVernay and Colin Farrell are among the stars who also appear to honour some of cinema's greatest talents at these turning points of their careers. Plus, Shawn Mendes gives a special performance, and announces his new annual Changemaker Award at the festival, which bestows $10,000 to an emerging filmmaker or creative tackling social issues.
