A woman is offered a job with ridiculous requirements: 16-hour shift, no weekends, no pay, and etc - What is this job? Why would anyone accept the offer? Turns out this job is a very common job that most of us know at least one person with this job. They are sacrificing so much of their time and lives to help us become who we are.
