How, in a context of high political tension, coupled with a global pandemic, the 150 members of the Citizens' Climate Convention endeavored to fulfill their mission: to make proposals to reduce French greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030. This is the story of a unique democratic exercise, unprecedented in France.
