The Mischief of God (2014)

Without warning, Yuka disappears from the family's garden. Her father, Sakura, searches desperately for her, but she is nowhere to be found. At the same time, Yuka finds herself alone in the house. There is no sign of her parents anywhere. In the town beyond, nevermind just her parents, there isn't a soul at all. Yuka struggles with her isolation, and her parents continue to search anxiously for their daughter. Ten fleeting years pass: those two worlds, having not changed at all, then slowly begin to change. This is a mysterious multi-narrative tale of a family torn in half without forewarning.
