Battleborn (2016)

"Battleborn" is an existential drama built around one woman's need to be free in order to rediscover herself. Set under the unbearable heat of the golden Reno sun, the film tells the story of Eva Streed, a young woman in her prime who feels she has slipped into a life of mediocrity. She and her husband, Don, lead a quaint and comfortable suburban existence that is quickly unraveled by an unplanned pregnancy.
