The Fairest of Them All (2015)

WARNING: SPOILERS! Amanda is an attractive, successful actress with an amazing life. Nicole is not. Both Amanda and Nicole are looking at pictures and drinking beer. The tension heightens when Amanda makes fun of Nicole's "conquest" from before and then gloats about her handsome boyfriend. This sets off a chain of events. Nicole, who can't contain it, releases a single black tear. She wipes it off and leaves to call the casting director for a gig she went to. The role's been given to Amanda; another black tear. From there on, Amanda continues to make Nicole feel less and less, this time taunting her "pigness". Amanda leaves and her phone rings. Nicole answers. It's Amanda's boyfriend, who tells Nicole that they're moving in together. After this, Nicole can't contain it anymore and releases the beast within her. It is a monstrous, black, spider-like parasite that is controlled by Nicole herself. The monster has Amanda slammed against the floor, its legs stabbed in her ribs, and every time Nicole stabs herself with a knife, the monster digs deeper into Amanda's body. With her last breath and after losing tons of blood, Amanda asks Nicole to forgive her. Nicole hesitates, but then stabs her hand one more time. "The Fairest of Them All" strives to pose a very universal question: how far would you go to get what you want? Envy can be strong enough to make the decision for you.
