Odyssey (2015)

Catherine Goodman is an astronaut. She recently left Earth, leaving behind a young son, Arthur and husband, Richard, to test a new engine design that could change the way humanity approaches space travel forever. Unfortunately, it catastrophically fails. Richard doesn't know how to help deal with Arthur's grief. He is a special kid. In an effort to try to break into his objective, fact based world, Richard takes him to the meeting regarding the findings from the last transmission from the Odyssey. When they arrive, everyone assumes that Arthur isn't paying any attention, he starts playing with his spaceship toys. But unknown to them, he understands more than they can imagine. We are taken on Arthur's journey through the last moments of Catherine's life, and all might not be lost after all.
