Isolation (2015)

Nothing.

A man gets stabbed in the chest multiple times with a switchblade.

A man gets stabbed in his leg and his in stomach, the killer rips his intestines out and chokes the man with it.

A couple gets murdered, the woman has her throat slit. Her boyfriend gets suffocated with a plastic bag, and gets stabbed in his head. The killer hits him in his head with an axe, then he takes the axe and cuts his leg off (offscreen). Only the aftermath can be seen.

An alcoholic man gets shot, he passes out after trying to run away. The killer shoots the man in his head (which explodes).

A woman gets hit on the head with a brick a few times, blood can be seen squirting out of her head wound. The killer puts the brick on the ground and moves the womans head on the brick, finally he stombs her head a few times. Blood and skull fragments can be seen.

A police officer uses an oversized mallet to break a few fingers of an homeless man, squirting blood included. He hits the man on the head, blood can be seen squirting out of his head. To finish him off he crushes the man's head (bad CGI effect).

Multiple uses of fuck and shit.

An alcoholic man can be seen drinking and smoking.

A police officer can be seen drinking heavily near the end of the movie.

A few distorted images of a bloody plastic fake brain can be seen with maggots crawling all over it.

Except for the murders of a man and his girlfriend, there isn't that much of intensity.
