A Beautiful Mistake (2010)

A delightful and painful tale of losing the innocence of childhood in the People's Republic of China during the Cultural Revolution. When a young boy accidentally discovers a hole in his bedroom wall that looks into his neighbor's bath he tries to use it to his advantage, selling peeps to "grandfather". When they are caught spying on one of the young women, twins, events unravel and threaten to destroy so many lives.
