Waiting for Rain (2016)

Alex breaks down in the middle of nowhere hours from the nearest town and against good judgment decides to leave her vehicle. Her journey soon becomes a desperate search for water. As Alex becomes progressively lost, memories of her painful past piece together to reveal a broken marriage and the tragic death of their two year old son Nathaniel. As Alex wanders aimlessly through the country we meet The Drover an Indigenous stockman preparing for a days work. While on horseback The Drover finds Alex's pendant and becomes aware of her presence, their paths finally cross but the encounter leaves The Drover feeling uneasy. Alex's death is inevitable but before her spirit rests she meets with The Drover one last time.
