The Overcast (2017)

After the deaths of nearly 2 million people by a group of super powered cult members, the world government passed a law that banned the use of super powers. The humans with powers, also known as DPU, which disagreed with the law publicly, were killed. The ones that did not go into hiding were also hunted down and killed. Red, last super powered human that hasn't been killed, is trying to find a way to escape from the special assassins the government uses to hunt these humans.
