Carded (2016)

In a society where regular citizens can issue penalty cards for bad behaviour, one man, convinced he is working for the greater good, takes it a little too seriously. With no real friends to spend time with, he cruises the city on his trusty bicycle, carding as many unsuspecting offenders as he can. When he breaks the rules in a moment of weakness and is caught out by another community umpire, he falls head-over-heels and discovers a new way to better his community.
